FRAC FLOWBACK WATER TREATMENT
We handle your complex issues...cleanly

Our PPC process ® injects oxygen into the frac water, precipitating metallic salts and sulfates. Our water System does not involve DAF (dissolved air floatation) tanks, flocculation tanks, clarifiers, sedimentation ponds etc.

The oxygen transfer rates of our system were evaluated.

The results show kla increase as a function of pressure.

The same action that oxidizes the Frac contents as it passes through the process also mixes very efficiently any reagent (lime) drawn into the rear of reaction cavity or slurried increasing coverage and effectiveness

and significantly decreasing chemical usage.

It was also shown that virtually all of the mass transfer takes place inside of the inner cylinder of the system.

The rate of ferrous iron oxidation in the system is much greater than in control sample which reflect conventional active treatment technologies.

The system disintegrates liquid into smaller drops, resulting in an increased surface area. Increased surface area results in higher oxygen transfer rates and also greater reaction rates.

If you want flocculation tanks, clarifiers we can do that too. But why?
